With over 20 years of corporate leadership experience, Coach Jascinta Magero has built a reputation for developing people, enhancing customer experiences, and helping organizations achieve sustainable results.

Having successfully built her career and leadership journey within the automotive industry, one of the most traditionally male-dominated sectors, Jascinta brings first-hand experience and practical insights into navigating leadership, building influence, and succeeding in challenging environments. Her passion for developing women leaders stems from her belief that diverse leadership creates stronger organizations and more inclusive workplaces.
